Chia-Kai is an engineer, visual art lover, and data enthusiast in temporal patterns. He has master degrees in both electrical engineering and human computer interaction. His current research focuses on understanding how people read scientific articles with eye-tracking devices. He also creates visualization tools to help analysts, aka himself, to visually spot patterns in massive data. In his leisure time, he practices yoga, takes photos, reads novels (Haruki Murakami), and puts himself underwater (e.g., free diving, scuba diving) as much as possible.
